Fees paid to Ann K. Levine and Law School Expert are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Ms. Levine provides a free initial consultation prior to payment to make sure there will be a productive and effective working relationship. Because all packages are flat-fee rate and not-hourly, Ms. Levine does not track formal time spent with each client and therefore will not reimburse for unused hours. Ms. Levine reserves the right to terminate the client relationship for any reason, and in that event it is at her sole discretion whether to issue a refund and in what amount.
